Consultations

Consultations are an important issue to take into consideration when you come to a decision to acquire your fine art. The consultant of the Opera Gallery will meet with you to determine your specific needs based on your budget requirements.

If you do not have an established budget, our consultant will provide you with a proposed budget. Our consultant will visit the facility, if the facility does not yet exist, we will prepare a budget based on the floor plans. The consultant will go through the details with you or your architect.

Leasing

Leasing art is a smart alternative to purchasing artwork.
The Opera Gallery leasing program is a convenient, flexible and economical way for clients to enjoy fine art in their homes and offices. Leasing is also available for special events and for home staging. The leasing agreement is made directly between you and Opera Gallery. No outside leasing company is involved.
Leasing cost: The minimum price of the artwork/s for a lease agreement is EUR 1000. There is no limit to the number of pieces leased as long as a satisfactory security deposit is provided. Monthly payments for the leasing are 3% of the price of the leased artwork.
Termination: Minimum term is three (3) months to be paid when the signed agreement is submitted. Term to renew automatically by 3 month increments unless a written notice is provided by either the gallery or the client 30 days before the renewal date.
You, must provide us with at least two (2) weeks written notice.
Buyout : You, may purchase the leased artwork at anytime. , only the first year leases charges will be applied as a credit if you, choose to exercise the right toward a buyout.



Tips

The artwork you purchase will probably be in your home or office for a long time. Be sure you really love the artwork you buy and it will augment the beauty of your ambience.

The consulting staff at Opera Gallery offers clients personalized budget planning, art research, presentations, acquisition and installation services. Our consulting staff will work with you individually. All your demands are taken into account from beginning to end.

Info for Artists

Opera Gallery offers artists the opportunity for representation. Representation is offered only to those artists whose work has been aproved by the Europa Authentica Cultural Organization. For reviewing, portfolios can be submitted on-line or by post.

Online Submission
Maximum 15 jpg files smaller then 1 MB each, the titles, medium and dimensions of the artwork.
Biography
Short cover letter with information about yourself and your ambitions.

Mail Submission
Maximum 15 good quality photographs of your artwork.

Please Note: If approved, Opera Gallery requires a fee for your representation and promotion.

Although every precaution is taken, the gallery is not responsible for any loss or damage to material sent in for gallery review.
A large self addressed stamped envelope must be provided if you want us to return the submitted material after the review.
